New Online Customer Portal

We have a new billing system and online customer portal.  Your March 2026 bill will look the same but you will see a new look in April.  Your bill will contain the same information, it will just look a little different.

You will need to establish a new online account to access your account information, update your contact information and make payments online.  IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS, YOU WILL NEED TO ESTABLISH A NEW ONLINE ACCOUNT AND RECURRING PAYMENT, or make a manual payment no later than March 31, 2026.  Your previous automatic payment is no longer active.

You can easily establish your new online account by clicking on the green BILL PAYMENT button at the top right of the Home page and then click PAY BILL NOW.  This will take you to the new online customer portal.  You will need to "Register Account".  Once you have registered your account, you will be able to make an electronic payment and then set up an automatic recurring payment.

As always, payments can still be mailed, made in person or dropped in the Esparto Community Services District Office secure drop box.
