COVID-19 Emergency Notice - Office Closure

In light of the ever-changing situation with COVID-19, the Esparto Community Services District (ECSD) office will be closed to customers and visitors. We will no longer be taking walk-in payments in the office. The payment options listed below will be available beginning Monday, March 16, 2020.
Our office and field staff will be working to meet the needs of our community but we are committed to limiting our customers’ and employees’ exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Our field staff will also be implementing “social distancing” during this time. If you have questions about your account or need assistance, please call 530-787-4502.
We did not make this decision lightly and recognize that this may cause a hardship for some customers.
- Online Bill Payment for Esparto Customers Only:
Go to our website at www.ecsd-ca.org and click on the green Bill Payment button on the right side of the page. This will take you to the bill payment page. Click the green Pay Your Bill Now button which will take you to the account Log In page. If you haven’t set up your account, you can click on the blue Quick Pay button. On the next page, enter your account number and click on the blue Find Account button where you will be directed to the payment page. If you don’t know your account number, please call our office at 530-787-4502. Please note that the credit card company charges a fee for online payments.
- Payment by Mail for ECSD and Madison Customers
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to ECSD, PO Box 349, Esparto, CA 95627. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. You can mail check or money orders but do not mail cash.
- Payment Drop-off Location for Esparto and Madison Customers
You may drop your payment in our drop box at 26490 Woodland Avenue, Esparto, CA 95627. Be sure to put your payment in a sealed envelope and include the account name, complete service address and phone number in case we need to call you. You can pay by check, money order or cash. If you wish to confirm that your payment has been posted, you can log in to your account at www.ecsd-ca.org and call our office 1-day after dropping off your payment. Please note that if you are paying with cash, the entire amount paid will be credited to your account.
Madison Community Services District customers can also drop check or money order payments at the Madison Community Service District at 28963 Main Street, Madison, CA 95653. Payments dropped off here may take longer to be posted to your account.
